I sincerely hope you enjoy my website and get a real 'flavour' for the wonderful ancient culture of Cambodia, not least the tastes that have lasted for centuries since Angkorian times 

I have a passion to share my knowledge of Cambodian food and to enlighten people to the history and culture of my native country.
